January 2024 Taco Habit Tracker

It’s 2024! Time for us to develop new habits (or, stop habits we don’t love). Habit trackers help me with physical goals like ““Stay Hydrated - Drink 64oz of water” or “Take Your Medication”. Additionally, habit trackers help with my anxiety and emotions. By using my habit tracker, I’m able to track if I felt loved that day, or if I talked to someone I love, or track when I’ve done something outside of my comfort zone.

I created this habit tracker in true Frijola style, inspired by tacos. Each taco has a corresponding number to the day of the month.

This can be used as a digital tracker (if you have the an app like Goodnotes), or can be printed and placed where you can see it daily.
